Learning to code, Week 3 Explore ESL SummerCamp

Today we used a paper version of Scratch programming to understand how to program a maze. Students used simple commands such as move forward, turn right, turn left and more advanced ones such as repeat X times do… A number of students had to review their left and right directions as well as understanding as you turn your perspective, where is left and right moves depending on which direction you are facing. This was an excellent task and challenged the students to a higher understanding.
