2nd Week of SummerCamp

This week started with a favorite for many commonwealth countries or fans of British baking; shortbread. Just four easy ingredients and a bit of exercise mixing and you can make a lovely shortbread dough to shape how you want. Explore ESL students enjoyed using the few cookie cutters Teacher Kelvin possessed to make some interesting cookies. There were stars, rabbits, a kangaroo or Australia. An eclectic selection! Fun was had by all. Later we played an ExploreESL favorite indoor game four corners. We wrote about our day and had some casual boardgames, card and playtime (of course all in English) at the end of the day.
